I had no expectations for this mix – mainly because I had no idea who Reiss was. And still don’t…hang on let me Google.

He’s Dutch.

Education over, what about the mix? Well it is a rather bouncy, up-tempo kinda minimal thing.

It isn’t mega stripped-back or anything, there are various grooves going on from deeper stuff to dubbier stuff – to housey tracks. It isn’t quite as minimal as say Barac or Dubtil – but towards that level. Maybe one to try if the word ‘minimal’ scared you.
