Yes I am sharing another Hessle Audio radio show with Ben UFO.

He should need no introducing, and neither should this radio show – this is probably the 5th time that one of their shows has been featured in DJ Mix Of The Week. I bet Ben UFO is soooo honoured to be featured multiple times in a blog that nobody reads and even fewer are aware of.

This show is a whole two glorious hours of Ben UFO himself.

The mix starts slow and dubbed out, and musically gets going with Pearson Sound’s subtly melodic “Everything Is Inside Out” – out on Hessle Audio, and then this is followed by the wonderful Space Time Furniture (or The Spacetime Curvature perhaps).

It kind of bumps along for a while – broadly house music but sometimes veering more breaks, occasionally a little tropical or offbeat.

For my tastes the mix gets going more in the last 30 minutes, more into the offbeat techno sounds that I find so interesting (or at least I did in 2022 when this was recorded).

Wonderful to have a whole 2 hours of Ben UFO mixing, with very little interruption. An enjoyment rating of 7.25.
