Magda has been a star to me for a good 15 years – ever since I discovered minimal techno. And this isn’t the first time that I’ve featured her.

This has been a go-to mix of mine for some time now, I’m not sure why I haven’t featured it before.

It really has that listen-again quality about it, an hour of bouncy, quirky and rather minimal sounds – which hark me back to my special days of discovering minimal in 2005/06, that kind of sound. Yet somewhat more developed than back then.

Special mention has to go to the introductory track, “Help, Help, The Globolinks!” by Suzanne Ciani – which is just an absolute wonder of the world.

If you are one of those people put off by the tag “minimal”, this might still take your fancy. I could even be being rather unkind putting it in that bracket.

Enjoyment rating of 8.63. Seriously one of my favourites mixes out of my favourite mixes.
